Actually, yes, there has been. But then they made the mistake of subcontracting the actual manufacturing without covering their IP. So the place that WAS making the device came out with their own version and naturally sent them back looking for another subcontractor, by which time they were SO irrelevant I can't remember their name. or indeed what the product was. Instead Microsoft owned their device. Too bad, so sad. Bill's Glad.

Not to the same extent or sales as Apple but I invested in BOOM a few years back and their stock dropped because they couldn't keep up with demand and their new factory was still being built.

Well Apple we don't like that you sell to much product, you have way too much demand. WE no likey--$100+ haircut for you. We'll put our money into Amzn which has a PE of 300 and makes razor thin margins and sells their tablets at a LOSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BAM! ha ha ha ha! Argue that basher loser toilet #$%$.
