Apple, Inc. and Intel might be in collaboration over a new watch.
A smart watch.
The two tech giants will collaborate over a new wearable computer and may very well release the new device in the first-half of 2013.
The watch will connect via Bluetooth to iOS devices like the iPhone and iPod. It will have a 1.5-inch OLED display and ITO-coated glass. ITO, in this case, stands for indium tin oxide.
There have been a few Kickstarter campaigns that might suggest demand for such a product. Notably, one company aimed to turn an iPod Nano into a wearable wristwatch with some success. Both Sony and Nike are putting more technology into wrist-friendly devices as well.
Will be very exciting and everyone will want one. Both my teen kids want one already. I do too.
It will be the talk of the town and a fashion statement too along with functionality.
Several shorts have said they don't think its a good idea - that means it will be HUGE!!!!!
