Samsung lovers pound the table and tell the world how great the company is. It looks like patents aren't worth the paper they are written on and the courts have more then their share of liberal justices that want to even out the playing field even in light of the outcome of jury verdicts. There appears to be a new paradigm in this country. Those less fortunate vote to raise taxes on those that have created wealth. Said differently, steal your way to success. Samsung is the new poster child for redistribution of protected patents enabling the masses to buy a phone copied without the cost of R&R making the buyers happy because the phones are cheaper then the ones copied.
OMG... Where's the justice in this.?
I tend to agree with you about the liberal thieves, but as for patent stealing here is the lowdown of the patents Apple is using as gathered from the internet: Nokia 48, Motorola Mobility 7, Samsung 5, Virnet 4, Kodak 4, Creative Technology 1, Sony 1...I think the R&R comes free to Samsung. The royalties Apple has to pay to Nokia is 8 euros (xconversion rate =$).LOL
