AAPL as a value / low growth stock

If AAPL is in transition to a vale / low growth stock, it will fall a lot more unless dividend is raised. AAPL needs to pay $12 per share dividend to justify a $400 stock price and be comparable to other value / low growth stocks.
Unless AAPL introduces a new product that markets value highly and does not raise the dividend to at least $12 a share its stock price should not be more than $200.

    • There is no way AAPL is going to pay a $12 dividend. If they were going to do something like that they would have done it during the tax selling craze. They would also deplete 3/4's of their free cash as well as set a terrible expectation, because in order for them to repeat that dividend over following quarters they would be paying more than a 10% dividend and more than expected EPS. Also, how are you coming up with the $200 price?

      Sentiment: Hold
