Splits, Buybacks, Dividends - Who really decides - Cook or Chief Financial Officer or Other?
I don't think Cook is the one to blame - It is not his place of expertise. Who ever is advising him and the Board should really be Fired for botching all past missed opportunities; which in hindsight now proves his or her incompetence.
I don't think there is any doubts about that. Any thoughts?
Company is making a billion bucko's every week.... why would board do anything except encourage Timmy to continue focus on Quality products, and be carefully selective of R&D innovations... MOST other companies would give their left nut to be making a billion bucko's every week...
CEO is ultimately responsible.
BOD is complicit.
Think you've seen blood on the floor in re to PPS?
They'll need pumps to clean out that conference room after BOD meeting.
This BS has not gone unnoticed.
Therein lies the only hope for share holders.
Like any large organization - Top management relies on the experts in each specialized Department and usually will not overrule those suggestions unless the top dog in the Department will make the final call. I want to know who that person was or is.
