has anybody every really gotten any good info from these fools? they truly are fools! I dont know why they are even around, except to throw stupid jiberish out at the markets whenever they get a whim...
Do your own research, don't listen to noise.
SeekingAlpha has gotten pretty bad too.
I subscribe to 3 newsletters. Had many homeruns with them and the newsletters paid for themselves 1000's fold. Got in CMG at 47. ISRG also under 50.
You just cannot follow every recommendation blindly in their paid newsletters. Use them as prospecting. Buy what you know or understand and leave the rest behind. I've crushed it using their picks but mostly because I am selective. I've also missed some of their other homeruns simply because I thought the stocks were overvalued or I did not fully understand the business. This caused me from missing a few more 10 bagger plus picks but doesn't matter if you get 10 bagger plus with 1 stock or pick 10 that all go 10 bagger. Your money still goes up
thoughts on seeking alpha.. how do they compare?
I lost money on almost ALL of their picks, cancelled my membership last year
They are always contradicting each other so one of them will get it right and they will promote that article like the "fool" called it. Morons.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
ever notice how WS Cheat Sheet never throws out recommendations - only contradictory head lines all day long - they are even worse than MF I think
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Only that I sometimes regret not taking up on their recommendations straight away.
See I'm not sure which parts of the MFool website you're referring to, but there's loads of articles that don't always agree. I've subscribed to one of their services and they do make solid calls (not all of them ofcourse, hey they would be zillionaires then). For example, they predicted the 3D printing hype that's going on right now over a year ago.
I guess I just get tired of people seeing advice (cuz that's what it is, no more no less) as some sort of promise.
Nuf said.
A happy subscriber.
