there are 8 customers waiting in the lounge. I'm typing on my MacBook Pro. One guy is doing some work on his iPad. Other 3 customers are playing with their iPhones. That should tell you something about Apple.
You think Apple users will switch to other devices? You think Apple users don't upgrade their devices? You think Apple users don't have family and friends who currently don't use Apple products but can be potentially influenced into buying Apple products? As far as I know, once you're an Apple user, you'll most likely always be an Apple user. Apple products have superior build quality, better looking UI, and far better user experience. And once you use Apple, you invest in its ecosystem, you buy songs on iTunes, and you buy Mac version of software, which will make you stick to Apple naturally. My Macbook Pro starts in under 20 seconds without all those #$%$ background processes running like PCs have, and it rarely rarely crashes. My work laptop is an HP. It's a top-of-line model but still runs very slowly compared to my Mac. I upgrade my Apple devices frequently, so do a lot of people I know. Once Apple rolls out new products, I'm be among the tens of millions of loyal Apple users to buy them.
