Buying back shares immediately saves on quarterly dividend $$. No need to raise dividend rate since its now 2.5% yield (80 bps better than a 10-year T bill)
or wait til it hits 150 then buy the company out and steal shareholder money.
They can buy 100mil shares after they repatriate their cashola. They have, i believe, around 15bil in USA taxed cash, sure doesn't buy many shares.
