The market "looks forward" 6 months and exciting new AAPL products are on the horizon.
Also, Wall Street wants to light a fire under NASDAQ to play "catchup" with the DOW and S&P all-time highs. Since AAPL is 12% of the Qs, what better way to drive up the NAZ than to use AAPL as the vehicle?
GOOG and NFLX have had their runs... AAPL's turn next. Watch and learn...
Hard to guess where it is going but it could keep moving higher, given that much of the recent selling has been in the expectation that the phone business would be lousy. Many who moved to the sidelines might choose to get back in since core business is still doing well. I think the morning trading will be important in determining where we are headed. Shorts will likely add to positions after the big after hours move.
