Potential China Mobile-Apple deal Not Factored Into AAPL Stock Price
Apple and China Mobile have been unsuccessfully negotiating a potential deal for more than six years, so the market naturally assumes the deal won't ever get done.
Therefore a China Mobile-Apple deal is not factored into the #1 Global Brand Apple's stock price, thus making a potential China Mobile-Apple deal another huge potential catalyst for the mobile innovator Apple's stock price.
Melt you couldn't be more right. Let me add that not one analyst has raised earnings estimates for 2014 since all the positive news on Apple sales this Q much less CM that even the most conservative estimates 2 bucks additional per share earnings. LOL Ignorance abounds.
p2ialias: "Not even the huge 4Q sales is being factored in."
Very true, p2ialias. The market is always "Gloom-and-Doom" about Everything Apple. Fortunately, Apple's fans around the world are extremely loyal to Apple and its iDevices.
In fact, clueless tech journalists are already dismally writing that a potential announcement of a China Mobile-Apple deal could very well be a glass "Half Full" situation for China Mobile and Apple.
Some tech journalists are already reporting how horrifically awful it will be for Apple to be able to sell its iDevices in China Mobile's 700 Million subscriber market.
Yeah, I agree with all those depressingly gloomy tech journalists: A China Mobile-Apple deal will be absolutely horrific for China Mobile and Apple because it will allow China Mobile to greatly increase its monthly subscriber income (4G service + iPhone 5S/5C) and it will allow Apple to sell more iDevices.
Yep, gloomy tech reporters, you got it exactly right: It's a Lose-Lose for everyone involved!
hasn't been priced in during the past 6 years of unsuccessful deal negotiations ... and that's why it's not priced in now ... too many cluelessly foolish "gloom-and-doom" disbelievers in the market ...
