If phase III trials had failed there would not be a news conference at all. It would be a press release stating trials failed and a conference to be held much later in the day.
DNDN did the same thing. They issue press release of press conference early next morning to discuss results. The results were POSITIVE.
On the flip side, when KERX announced its phase III test failed, there was a press release with a plunge and then conference call much later on in the day to explain failure.
No press release means, news is good.
We are going to $ 36 per share....as a $ 1 billion market for both SFP and Calcitriol where they capture 50% of the market in its 1st year warrant at least a $ 1.5 billion valuation or $ 36 per share.
Very strange. Should have given results and explantion later7
After hours trading looks like bad news (-.52) but call/put during day looked fine. Guess we shall hear at 8am.
CLSN did the same thing earlier this year and anounced that their trial was a disaster..doesn't mean anything
