What I am anticipating is a joint announcement: 1) Calcitrol has received manufacturing approval, and 2) a contract has been signed with Davita wherein Davita agrees to purchase all of its Calcitrol (at some discount) from Rockwell for some period of time (5 years?)
I think share price may continue to decline thru the end of the week. Look to pick up some more shares Friday or Monday. Announcement (s?) will be next week or the following week.
The ANDA came with an approved manufacturer. Why management chose not to use them is anyone's guess. Who was it, Vast or Ghof that said Chioini was talking 90% margins? Is it unkind to suggest that it is easier to hype sales than build actual sales? Given that this is long overdue, it may suggest that the company chosen to be the contract manufacturer by Chioini may have problems at their facility. If approval is received, does anyone know how long to manufacturer, package and release it will take? Is it the following week or the following quarter or six months?
