I say PINK SHEETS by early next yr, say March latest, then full BK by mid yr at latest. The "merger/buyout" was/is a 100% SCAM via which they were going to "try" and "remake" this FAILED LOAD into a supposed "new" "Hep-C" SCAM. But they HAD TO DISCLOSE all the failures such as PREM and hep-C or face PRISON and the SEC. They opted to keep their lifestyles and just milk this one dry, rather than face the law. SMART GUYS- for scam artists. They almost pulled it off- just time and fear caught up with um. They 100% knew PREM was DOA - they just wanted to pull off the merger scam before telling- but decided they might get the perp walk. Some decent lawyer told um- you're gambling with your freedom for pure greed.
