Wow, many thanks! That is very encouraging.Question: when Tang or Baker sells shares, does their sale have to be registered, does a major holder's sales have to be registered with the SEC?I see the Tang is listed on the insider roster, but they are no longer listed as major holders. (or am I mistaken, were the never listed as major holders for some reason?)Again, thanks for the find, and thanks in advance to anyone who knows the answer to my question above.
I believe only insiders (directors and management) have to file forms disclosing individual purchases and sales of shares - major shareholders that do not have representation on the board only need to disclose their positions on a quarterly basis.
http://www.briefing.com/GeneralInfo/Investor/ToolBox/LearningCenter/edu_SEC_Insider.htm10% owners must register sales. So far, nothing from Tang although the data is a month behind. If Tang has not sold, Tang+Baker=about 1/5 outstanding shares. If glufo proves effective, we could see 10, 15, 20, ??
