    Apparently investors may be...

    We will have to see where ACAS's share price ends the day but as of trading right now there seems to be a marginal affect on the share price. I thought that it might present a buying opportunity and maybe it has but with a very small discount. ACAS has been so strong that this could be the SOP for secondary's in this environment.

      how many times has ACAS done this in the last few years? takes money to make money, yes?

      (ZEUS, just did a sec.---having a good year, use the sec. to get rid of some debt. OK.)

        worried without good reason. Everytime ACAS does an offering they bring in new money and then invest it garnering new returns. Those who sell are then sorry and those who buy with the dip are happy and keep on reaping the dividend and quickly reutrn to the same or higher share price. Today is a very good day for buying--two weeks from now it will just be an OK day for buying.
