    lead balloon

You say the CMBS thing is a positive. OK, I'm glad to hear it. But why? I can't see it from the lead ballon press release. I need help.

Do you assume/exepct interest rates will stop rising soon? Or does that even matter to ACAS?

    Thanks for responding.

    • No, I do not like the loaning of 80 plus million for commercial interest type securities.
I'm in this stock for mezzanine loans with solid repayment schedules, not subject to the whims of the federal government.
OK. , so MAYBE , they stop raising the fed rate , but I doubt it; therfore I expect to see further rate increases and larger interest expenses with mortages, commercial or not.

      • You have expressed my concerns succinctly - thank you.

Inflation does not seem abated and the New Guy isn't going to want to look like a sissy or a lacky so I think the hikes continue another 6 months anyway (IMHO). How will this effect the new ACAS? Is ACAS is same company it was a year ago?

I am tempted to buy more here. I have bought dips in the past and have been rewarded. Especialy after new issues. What will happen next time they issue additional shares? It usually tkes a hit on those occasions. Will the next one be a major slam?
