Future earnings needed for a 8% dividend

This quarter they had .77 added to the NAV. But lets be conservative and lets use .50 per quarter through the first quarter of 2014. For simplicity purposes set say the NAV will be $20. From what I see from other BDC we would need at a min. 8% dividend. So we will need $1.78 in earning to get an 8% dividend of $1.60. (90% of earning) Where will they get the additional earnings. Plus shortly after we get the share price over the NAV they will have another stock offering. Just wondering if they will get back to an earnings level to maintain a 8% dividend.
