As stated by management, NMB, and many others: there will be a dividend once PPS greater than NAV.
On that note, it seems like as the price goes up, people have the impression that the likelihood of surpassing PPS (or in this case, "reinstating dividend") goes up, and gets more people buying...and the cycle goes round and round. I suppose it just needs something to kickstart it -- awareness and share buyback perhaps?
Management is buying back MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of their shares and paing down debt and and raising cash by divesting some of their holdings and growing their Asset management business (Fee Based income) and doing this all at the sanme time they are using up NOL's so there is no tax obligation on the company's part or the shareholders part. As long as you don't sell the value per remaining share keeps escalating.
