Looking for some reasonable speculation about ACAS dividend
Doing some income stream planning. What probability would you place on ACAS paying an annual dividend of $0.80 starting in 2016? This would be irrespective of a particular organizational structure for the firm. Many thanks.
Yes, and I'm sure the BOD will be seeking yours and my advice on that matter when the time comes. :-) Meanwhile, I am trying to determine what might realistically happen, regardless of what I might want to see happen. Thanks.
$513m NOL and $346m NCl carry forward according to Malon at the last investor conference. The NOI for the first Q was 68 which may have been slightly off, if we figure 80 as an average then they have 6 more quarters ( 3 q 2014) of tax credits. The capital losses will probably extinguish faster.
What does NCI represent? I went back a year and looked at the 1st Qtr 2012 Deferred Tax Assets (P. 39) and it showed $405m in Total Ordinary Deferred Assets. Not sure but I believe that equates to unused NOLC's. And if that's the case, the current NOL's ($513m) has actually increased over the past 4 Quarters. If my assumption is wrong, please correct as such. Thanks.
