Hi all, I just started following SAPE about 1 week or so ago. I realize that SAPE is still pretty small-cap, but does anyone know if they have any major customers. Also, does anyone follow BAAN, I believe they are a Norweigen(sp?) company that is in a similar line of business. I was curious because BAAN's PE is ~180. Hence, if this company has the same growth potential and one believed that BAAN is not overvalued, then this stocks seems like it has plenty of room to go up. I haven't looked to close at the fundamentals of either of these companies; there could be something there that would suggest the descrepencies between the two PE ratios. Congrats to those of you that found this one early.
BAAN in general is an ERP Software company which drives most of its revenue from the sale of the software. BAAN like most software co's has some consulting revenue from its software but mainly they focus on selling license revenue. SAPE on the other hand is a technology consulting firm ( like a Big 6) who is totally a people business -meaning they sell consulting people to companies for major technology projects. I do not think they have a BAAN practice but they could implement the BAAN software for a company as an example. SAPE does not sell software like BAAN. This may be more than you wanted but this is my world.
