SAPE is on an amazing ride. But I have learned that the ride may be in for a bump. Ask the right questions, try and learn about productivity numbers, ask some SAPE clients. The truth may make you think twice about driving the P/E ratio even higher.
A company that beats earnings for 7 straight quarters seems to have productivity pretty much in the bag... SAPE has weathered most if not all of the recent drops in the Market, Nov. 97 and late Jan 98. It's a good stock. Sure the P/E is high.. but earnings will catch up... this growth obviously cant last forever, but a stock which slows from doubling in a year to only 50% is still one hell of an investment.
