    Hold onto your shorts!

Quarterly dividend announced at $.27, payable 4/15/2013. Funds flow in 2012 was 2.5X dividend and abundant cash flow should continue. Balance sheet is strong and has gotten stronger with the divestiture and debt reduction. Thanks to the shorts....I bought 5000 shares last month.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Oh yes, very impressive. They managed to come in with lower numbers than 2011 when oil was higher. Wow, 11 cent loss in Q4, far more than my little estimate of 2-5 cents loss. The title of your post is exactly right.....we will definitely hold our shorts, as this puppy is going lower. You think the Street is going to reward this report? LOL And yes, you're right....Funds flow for 2012 was 2.5X the div, and wouldn't it be great if they didn't have to use that cash for anything else? Good grief, they DO have expenses to pay from that money too, you know! Stuff like..servicing the debt? Taxes? CapEx? You really are a trip.

So we'll see some small gain in an effort to jack the price up so the insiders can sell more of their shares and options, then it'll dip again. All you smart retail buyers jump on it now, don't wait!

Someone answer a question for me please: If this POS is such a great deal, an undiscovered diamond in the rough, the next 10-bagger, then WHY DO INSIDERS OWN LESS THAN 3% OF IT? After all, if it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, shouldn't THEY be the ones who know it first? Any serious explanations out there? Please?

Funds flow was $295 million ($0.62 per share - basic (2)) in the fourth quarter of 2012 compared to $437 million ($0.93 per share - basic),

Exploration and development capital expenditures in the fourth quarter of 2012 totalled $348 million compared to $594 million in the fourth quarter in 2011.

During the fourth quarter of 2012, we recorded a net loss of $53 million ($0.11 per share - basic) compared to a net loss of $62 million ($0.13 per share - basic) in the fourth quarter of 2011.

      Sentiment: Sell

    • Yeah, you longs always "bought last month" and always at the bottom it seems....too bad, you guys never post in real time. Prepare to lose more as long as you keep spinning these yarns and believing in fables.

      Sentiment: Sell

    • They need to hold on to something more than their shorts.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • infinitwit, "thanks to the SHORTS?" ROFL A Freudian slip no doubt. You meant that the shorts should thank YOU for buying those imaginary 5k shares, because you would be the first burgerflipper from Mickey D's that could afford 5k shares of anything. But I'm sure you bought at the exact bottom last month, so you're "still ahead of the game and getting the divvy to boot" right? I notice you longs never like to disclose your cost, you just love to say how you bought it low. The really amazing thing is I haven't seen one single long on this board admit to being hurt. So nobody owned this pig until last month at the exact bottom I guess. Such clever investors!

      Sentiment: Sell

    • Notice strong free cash flow after CAPEX. hopefully this will move the stock to more realisitic valuations
