It's paying the dividend from property sales. They sold about a billion in property last year bringing in cash flows of hundreds of millions.
You may be correct, perhaps I misunderstand accounting. But should not the "sales" be reflected
as earnings, plus if you are selling off your resources are you not lowering the book value?
