    V. Important Question for GETA Longs - Please Reply

Cardiome (CRME) and Cell Genesys (CEGE).

    Possibly Perigrine Pharmaceuticals.

All were asked to continue their trials, received positive votes from the FDA for approval, but eventually their drugs were turned down.

Maybe not the exact same drug families, but GETA will suffer the same issues as those firms. Will have to continue waiting until the firm partners with a larger firm who can conduct a larger-scale trial that will put down any doubts about the drug.

The drug appears to be effective, but no approval will come from the FDA anytime soon.

You know the trials are dealing with terminally ill patients, right? If endpoints are met, on what grounds can the fda turn it down? Safety? Nope, they are dieing anyway. Also, what do you think will happen if geta "received positive votes from the FDA for approval", you wouldn't even have to deal with approval, take your 500% gain and walk away before the fda decision, correct?
