      Much longer ...

      For all intents and purpose, it is for the "life of mine" terms and that is expected to be in the 20-year range ...

      There are minimum totals that the mines must supply over the period and the price that SLW pays for the silver is "recalculated" every few years to reflect the price at the time ...

      But in general, the length of the agreement and the price they pay are so far into the future that the only impact they have on your investment decision is they are long life assets and secure ...

      At this point, SLW is a cash flow machine that is directly tied to the price of silver that is generating about $30 million/year in cash that will be used to grow the company ...
