    The mark?

I just renewed my drivers license (IL) and when they gave it to me they told me this card has a chip in it. I asked them why and they said that it had security features for use by law enforcement and others who have a need to verify the authenticity of the card. On the bright side, at least they didn't make me take the mark on the back of my hand or on my forehead...yet.

What are we, about one "terrorist" attack away from martial law for the citizenry and total control over our markets by the Central Bank?

    • <<It must be that damn "Cheney and Rumsfeld", you know the guys who masterminded the 9/11 plot. The ones that made out like bandits.>>

Well what do you know.... You sure as hell got that last part right! Congrats to you, Bravo.

I feel real sad when I see all the young innocent kids (and family people who really just needed a freaking decent-paying job but had to sign up for a bogus war to get a pay check and then died) who thought they were patriots (just like you Bravo) that lost their lives so that KBR HAL FRPT Black Water private contractors, the Bush family, and countless other war-time profiteers/bandits could make blood money without lifting their evil fat asses outta their padded CEO chairs.

The Iraq war (and 9/11) have absolutely NOTHING to do with REAL informed American patriotism...it's mass media, government-corporate propaganda and a controlled EVENT designed to control and fleece the American sheeple, like you Bravo. No offense, just going by what you post. So many well intentioned young men (but clueless as to the evil that lurks in our politicians) drank the 9/11 Kool-Aid and lost their life and limbs.

      Just like Vietnam...get it?

You can bet our government already has that attack planned and tucked away at the moment. They are just awaiting the right moment to pull it off on the frightened sheep so they can impose total control.

I have to agree with you. Check out the following. This seems to be an administration plot that got uncovered:

Was a Covert Attempt to Bomb Iran with Nuclear Weapons foiled by a Military Leak?
        Michael Salla, Ph.D.

        Introduction: The B-52 Incident

On August 30, a B-52 bomber armed with five nuclear-tipped Advanced Cruise missiles traveled from Minot Air Force base, North Dakota, to Barksdale Air Force base, Louisiana. ...The B-52 story was first covered in the Army Times on September 5 after the nuclear armed aircraft was discovered by Airmen (see: http://www.armytimes.com/news/2007/09/marine_nuclear_B52_070904w/ ). What made this a very significant event was that it was a violation of U.S. Air Force regulations concerning the transportation of nuclear weapons by air. Nuclear weapons are normally transported by air in specially constructed planes designed to prevent radioactive pollution in case of a crash. Such transport planes are not equipped to launch the nuclear weapons they routinely carry around the U.S. and the world for servicing or positioning.

        Scary!

    • Credit cards are coming out with chips too. I got my master card renewed for only 1 year because next year I'll get one with the chip so that's being implemented there too. Security reasons? I would like to know exactly how that works? Is your picture going to appear for security reason so the seller can tell if you're the one using the card? lol There is no finger or iris scan of photo was not required so could the new technology be able so track your spending habits? Can it trace your movement through spending areas or through gps???? It sure doesn't seem like these chips will do anything for security.

    • i read someone put it in the microwave and rendered the chip unworkable

      • I heard from the spy chip girls at spychips.com ...
the best way to disable a rfid chip ie GPS chip is to hit it with a hammer ...

put a thin piece of carboard on top so it does not marr the surfice ...this way the people reading will need to input the numbers manulally because the the chip can't be scanned ...the passport is perfect for this ...they will still let you thru manually...another option is to buy a lead sleeve that you keep the cards in and that way the GPS satalites can pick it up ...I like that one too...

    • Did anyone look into Paulson's eyes while he was giving his speech the other day and see the hatred? May sound infantile, but to me I saw the eyes of the devil and the determination of satan on his face and I'm no bible freak/thumper! I feel the forces of evil. Please forgive me, don't want to sound like a fruitcake, just have bad forboding vibes.

      • Paulson does look like Satan! He looks evil. His plans for changing financial regulation is BS. Just enforce existing laws.

Bernanke's no better. What's going on with the Fed bailing out investment banks anyway? Investment banks aren't under the Fed, that's what investment bank means. Everybody wants the taxpayer to pick up the tab for the mortgage mess. Why us?

Our leaders are evil and stupid too, or maybe greedy and stupid (basically the same thing)- a really bad combination. They are destroying the middle class, and the middle class just happens to be the actual source of the nation's wealth.

        What a mess.

    • It's pretty scary. Have you seen this? Detention camps being built by Haliburton. Are we terrorists or "potential terrorists"? Maybe, it depends on the definition. Maybe buying silver is an act of terrorism. Destroying faith in the dollar!

Rule by fear or rule by law?
      From the San Francisco Chronicle
Since 9/11, and seemingly without the notice of most Americans, the federal government has assumed the authority to institute martial law, arrest a wide swath of dissidents (citizen and noncitizen alike), and detain people without legal or constitutional recourse in the event of "an emergency influx of immigrants in the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs."

Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid contracts with Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States. The government has also contracted with several companies to build thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly to transport detainees.

According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal the removal of "all removable aliens" and "potential terrorists."

People keep telling me I should "watch out" when I say we need a new 911 investigation. Yikes!

      • Big Brother is ON! (NO not the mindless TV show either!)

Get stopped for Jaywalking, and the cop will be able to instantly download ALL your business...personal stuff too.

There's no stopping it. It's really going to be just like all those post-nuclear war, Global One World Evil-Government-in-Control sci-fi movies we've all been watching over the last 20 years (starting with the grandaddy: '1984'). Only NOW it's actually coming more into being every day.

Cameras EVERYWHERE, chips embedded in all your plastic (maybe the back of your hand or head, too), government spying over internet/cell phones/banking machines, companies stealing your info via your TV cable hook-up, internet phone, all stores will know what, where, when you purchased something, your medical records electronically stolen and given to whomever....drones Predators flying 24/7 quietly overhead watching where go, drive, walk....

Wow, what can a concerned person do...guess I'll just go watch "Dancing with the Stars" now"
