    • The bankers goal is a New World Order ruled by their new world government. They want to weaken the American government to this end. Free Market or Capitalism is nowhere in the U.S. Constitution. The sheep are falling into the bankers trap and calling for a weaker nAmerican government.

    • Without the fiat system, even the bankers would find their reach greatly limited.

Some of the reasons behind the purposeful crash of the American economy was to decimate the people, end their self reliance making them reliant on government, end their capital formation ability and to take gold away from them and ultimately replace it with the fiat system.

Bear in mind, comrade, that acts of the legislature do not trump the Constitution. Unfortunately, too few Americans understand that and as a consequence fail to appreciate their captivity.

Whenever discussed, I find it prudent to put forth the following observations about the illegitimate monetary system that we must endure:

      1. The Federal Reserve is incapable of accomplishing its stated objectives.
      2. It is a cartel operating against the public interest.
      3. It's the supreme instrument of usury.
      4. It generates our most unfair tax.
      5. It encourages war.
      6. It destabilizes the economy.

      Marxists, though love it.

    • The problem is not the government but corprate fascism that includes bankers. Should we have a government by the people and for the people or by the fascist corporations and for the fascist corporations? With no government then the fascist corporations have complete freedom to take over.

    • I cry not for central planning, comrade, and the dew is still on the rose for China. Instead I clamor loudly for a decentralized market based system unfettered by the likes of commissars and czars. Moreover, I call rather loudly for the end of taxation on the labor and productive endeavors of the people and a return to the tariff based system intended at the outset to insure that the people remained so unburdened.

Of course, for that to work, the people will be forced to put government back into the chains it has slipped and destroy the current reality of all ten planks of the Communist Manifesto being already in place in America.

Freedom and productivity would then blossom and America would leave those betting on collectivist mentality in the dust.

    • What we need is a actor who has won a academy award to bull shi us a lo better then big Ron!

    • What you decry is the lack of long range central planning. That is what is making the Chinese economy so successful. It shows that the so called free-market system is a failure. Of course there is no real free-market and the long range planning is by the illuminati. http://www.prolognet.qc.ca/clyde/illumin.htm

    • Perhaps. But for some reason you left out all the refinancing of that mortgage, with the ever bigger and bigger amounts. Then the second, third, and fourth mortgages, too, so that we could build and refine our military and economic hegemony machine with its steadily increasing maintenance costs. ALL of this creative financing, however, really only amounted to America's becoming a country where we eat our young, or at least one where we have no revulsion to cannibalizing their futures, all with no regard to the foundational maxim "no taxation without representation" as those yet unborn come into the world with a tax burden - one heaped upon them because of the empire we've allowed to rise up - that accompanies the very first breath they take.

Ron Paul is correct when he says that all empires ultimately fail for the same reason - over extension. That's where we find this country to be right now.

Some have blithely pointed out, as though we ought to be proud of it, that we spent more than the Soviet Union could and they failed as a result. There'll be no yard stick for America's failure; it'll be the biggest ever though and the fall from the precipice will be quite breathtaking. Death and destruction, though, won't have to wait until the sudden stop to ensue. I'm already wondering if the summer of 2011 will be a reprise of the 'long hot summer' of 1967 with much more inertia than mere racial strife. Hunger is the most revolutionary motivator, you know.

I'm convinced that the balkanization hazard Russian professor Igor Panarin spoke of, although granted his timetable has been incorrect, may very well be the end game for America. That said, I'm very glad that my portion of the country isn't as given over to the Bolshevik mindset as some of the others.

    • So we had the printing press for the world's reserve currncy. It is like being able to write your own mortgage for however much you want.

    • The U.S. has been hijacked. These never ending conflicts are BS.We`ll see how well you like it when government tells you it`s bankrupted the country and wants you to hand over your 401ks and IRAs because they`ve spent too much on protecting you from the war on terror.

On another note.We have Mexico right on our border that mistreats it`s people badly and we turn a blind eye and say nothing to their government.
