Silver Wheaton? Who is going to buy it?...As far as I know, SLW is the only silver streaming company on the market, and will probably remain so since its acquisition of Silverstone showed it has the advantage of scale over any potential new upstarts.
On the other hand, who is going to sell it?...With an additional 70% growth targeted by 2015, SLW is an ATM machine and nobody else is going to be able to run its unique business model as well as the current mamangement.
Gold Wheaton was a struggling company when FNV bought it out, and in any case that was only a $830M deal. SLW is a $10B company and nobody is going to be able to touch them at this point, even if they wanted to sell. Unless you're thinking maybe Rio Tinto or BHP want to diversify?
