Father of Slain SEAL: Who Made the Decision Not to Save My Son?
I think somebody owes an apology to dead fish. Dead fish are useful, they make wonderful food and fertilizer for crops that feed the world.
I'm also having a lot of trouble making any sense of this thread whatsoever. Are we saying troops at all levels were abandoned by the hierarchy?
The government has abandoned its entire constituency, the American people, since about 1913. Why single incidents amaze us baffles me. Does anybody remember the phrase from social studies, "enlightened self interest", which used to describe the good of the many outweighing the good of the few? Not since WWII kiddies, and why we are amazed at individual examples just amazes me.
And one half will ignore it, and the other half will whine into an empty sky this weekend beseeching dead air for answers that are as plain as the reflection in their bathroom mirrors.
