We all probably agree there's currency war being waged. We all probably agree spending is out of control

So assume we cut spending in social programs, medicare, all entitlements. Then, assume we stop buying Treasuries and put a halt to the printing.
Will the rest of the world follow suit OR would they continue to try and compete for global exports with weaker currencies? Where does that leave us?
Me thinks we have a bigger problem.
    Tell me how that works?
