when I see the FED lower its $85 billion per month money printing
I think it safe to say that holding one's breath waiting for the FED to quit spewing new money into the system is a dangerous course of action. In fact, if they were to stop buying government bonds, who else would? Therein lies the rub. And with the fedgov now in the realm of Bizzarro with it's spendiing, there's no way back.
Outlook: More of the same regardless of what you might hear. If one avenue of monetary infusion/production gets shut down it will show up in another way. Fedgov has become the consummate junkie.
With the market pushing the all time highs up up up. I hear talk from boomers about finally retiring when they couldn't a couple years ago. So they're cashing in and getting out of the workforce. That will open up jobs and bring down unemployment. That's the master plan, and right now its working.
This whole market including silver is one big crapshoot now. Throw out all market logic. Im on the sidelines except for my physical stach for worst case possibilities. How high will the DOW etc. go before we have another crash ? Geez
The FED will only lower its purchases in relation to the need for primary dealers to
sell it back to FED and the need for funding the deficit. At best it will go to 50 billion
a month over time and can never stop. A Ponzi grows bigger and bigger over time.
