Based on last years pattern and if you read the financials that were released on March 15th (most recent news event on Yahoo finance summary page) you will see a very similar situation to last year. With the Dividend at $.92/share (assuming it stays the same all year) and the price of MVO $27.88, the yield will be 13.2%.
Since MVO trades much like a bond (multiple of yield) the shares trade typically at a price that gives a 10% yield. Look for the price to increase approximately 31.2% for a price target in mid summer of $36.79. The immediate future looks pretty bright.
The gloom and doom sayers note that production is decilining. This is true but at about 1.5% per year. At the temporal end of this trust, production will still be strong.
