CFO sold 30,000 shares at $1.20

So what if the CFO sold 30,000 shares at a buck twenty and before you do anything rash, 30,000 shares comprise only a percentage of all securities owned that individual owns.

You noted the total amount of shares he owns and the amount he sold valued at $178,336.

$178,336 may or may not be pocket change for that guy and I will not pretend to know either. If that is your reason for selling, it is not a reason for me.

You presume to know his interest(s), private as well as public.

You behave as if, at least, a lone guy, sold all his shares and he sold a percentage.

So, so what if he sold 30,000 shares.
