So what if the CFO sold 30,000 shares at a buck twenty and before you do anything rash, 30,000 shares comprise only a percentage of all securities owned that individual owns.You noted the total amount of shares he owns and the amount he sold valued at $178,336.$178,336 may or may not be pocket change for that guy and I will not pretend to know either. If that is your reason for selling, it is not a reason for me. You presume to know his interest(s), private as well as public.You behave as if, at least, a lone guy, sold all his shares and he sold a percentage. So, so what if he sold 30,000 shares.
