Look, all of these one time charges in the latest quarter are scaring some investors and are weeding out the weak hands. This is a long term holding which will eventually be bought out at a hefty premium. In the meantime, its an undervalued stock with huge upside. I am buying more at these depressed levels today.
if you check the 2002 numbers, you'llsee that SG&A was unsually low, so that's part of the discrepency, but ya, with a better future and normalized levels of revenue, this quarter will be forgotten. Earnings change the temporary P/E but not the overall value of the company. If these guys got past buyout offers for $18 and $21 a share, it's not a coincidence. And now you have a beautiful moment to buy more shares.
