    "Monitor", March 8 AP story

It looks to me like Gutierrez Vivo is planning to continue to produce the Monitor radio program (starring himself) on Infored-owned stations, and is heavily promoting Monitor and the new stations through the El Heraldo newspaper, which has now been rebranded Diario Monitor. Meanwhile Radio Centro is insisting on producing their own version of Monitor sans Vivo. The last line reads "the two companies are now disputing use of the name Monitor for their radio news broadcasts." Is this going to mean another barrage of legal costs and potentially expensive arbitration? Because of the fact that Infored has always produced the Monitor program itself, it would seem that RC's rights to the title aren't very clear cut. Any comments/reassurance?
