Look for double digit growth in sales and EPS.
Looks like they bought back 300K shares from Chairman so the shares outstanding will come down. That is a positive.
Look for cash flow to be positive and an increase in the dividend - maybe doubling it - they have plenty of cash and can return more to shareholders.
The stock has moved up nicely but I think there is plenty of more room to go.
Look for $20 - $22 per share by midyear.
CULP is up over 10% since Jan 1 as of today. So a little pullback over the last couple of days is expected. Earnings released at the end of the month will be big. If the positive trend continues, I see the stock moving back upward.
I also think they should look at strategic alternatives to improve sharholder value.
The PE ratio is low compared to the growth rate. It a cheap stock in a buyout. Nice puchase for a private equity firm.
