Sales are down as a result of this and this company will be in bankruptcy soon if they don't abandon a failed concept.
Shoppers have better things to do than to log on and clink every coupon. Then try and remember if you used the coupon or (one time use). The few times I have tried this I have always returned to the customer service and had to get adjustments.
This is a failed approach and the quicker Safeway realizes it the quicker they may save themselves from bankruptcy.
I'd rather shop at Walmart and deal with this mess, and I hate Walmart.
