If the real estate and commercial markets don't improve, there is no way the rest of the market in general will go up and hold. we may all be waiting and watching on the side line. We added 3000 shares to NRO when the price went down to 1.50. We also added to RIF (formerly RDR) when it's share went to 1+. If we go down, might as well do it in style. I do believe the real estate market will recover. Just be patient and buy when the bargains are there. That is my 2 cents worth. Besides, it's the only game in town.
