Unless Yahoo knows something that we don't that is! I'm bout ready to sell this pup, it's going up a lil but I don't expect the real-estate market to improve much over the next 10 years. I'm in it for the divvys anyway and well, 2 cents don't impress me. Matter of fact, when the baby boomers start selling their homes, there'll be vacancies all over. I doubt the illeagal imms will be buying. They'll just settle in until they get sold or they burn it down and then move to a new empty one, lol.
