Ouch. You must have bought some time back to be on the hook for $10.41.
Me, I bought in '08 in the $8 and $9 range. With two years of dividends reinvested and compounded, NRO needs to reach only $4.57 to break even. If/when the share price ever reaches the 'norm' of $10-$15 again...
"Rocket Stock"? Ahhh, no, I'm going to wait until the first of the year and if we're still only netting a 5, 6 7 per-cent yield, I think I'll go with CSP or AGD. They both pay monthly and they're paying double digit percent yields. I hate to sell NRO because I've own for so long but I guess they are just squeaking by giving us a mere 6% yield so time to move on. Any opinions?
dollar...We bought NRO before the decline and decided to ride it out. We also added 3000 more shares when they were going for 1.50 to 2. For the foreseeable future we intend to hold. Real estate will go up as soon as this mortgage mess straightens out. The market itself can't ignore RE. It's too big a sector. My opinion for what it's worth. Good luck to you.
