Someone asks every few months. Yahoo has it right - most of that .24 payout is Return of Capital (.0125 of every .02 monthly payout, leaving only .0075 as truly dividends). You can confirm this at cefconnect.com.

The whole point of that article seems to be related to share price above NAV. This fund hasn't seen that in quite some time if ever.Instead of paying a premium for your own money here, you get your own money for a discount.
