This fund now has the lowest dividend of all real estate CEFs according to CEF Connect. It's time for a *big* increase.
I'm sure it is in the works. These things take time.
Dividend increase is going to send the price up. I reinvest all of my dividends. I hope they keep it @ .02 and give me a nice special end of year.
