Apparently stats got updated by some source somewhere including cefconnect.com to show retroactively to June 2011 that the NRO payouts are no longer mostly Return Of Capital.
Previously 1.25 cents were documented as Return Of Capital out of each month's 2 cent payout and was not included as true dividends.
