That GTAT does other things besides make sapphire screens for Apple products.
Doc analyzes the sapphire screen situation and concludes the following:
GTAT will likely sell some sapphire but probably not as much as investors hope, due to the use of sapphire laminates and adequacy of Gorilla Glass. After a recent run-up, it may be time to take some chips off the table with GTAT.
Apparently, Doc is not aware of the ship loads of raw materials coming into the country that GTAT will use to grow sapphire for Apple, or even the other things GTAT does. His report makes no mention of them.
Maybe that is why he is a Doc and not a Dr.? What a Croc?
Probably lost his license to practice based on his inability to discern facts and science. Also an obnoxious twit retorts he every comment. He probably believes smoking is OK based on research he obtained from Phillip Morris. What a total tool.
Clicked on another video that showed the phone screens and it had palets of sapphire boules showing. I mentioned some time ago that with the 60 furnaces GTAT has on the East Coast producing tons of sapphire a day. Wait till they get Mesa going.
