#$%$ bought sara lee baking but could not keep all of it in Cal and had to sell the conflicts to satisfy the feds so those get to use the name. Also some other bakeries pay to use the name and market sara lee bread but unless I am mistaken, #$%$ actually paid for and owns the sara lee brand.
