    Lost me as a customer

    Orbitz screwed up my travel arrangements. Booked the wife and I into a center seat (different rows) on the airplane after we'd done seat assignments months ago. They suck, will never use again. Buyer beware. I don't know what it costs them to gain a customer but they sure can loose em fast!

    • They don't care that they lose you. This company feeds on the ignorance of a consumer culture; one dissatisfied consumer will be replaced by another clueless consumer who in turn will be dissatisfied. Unconditional Guarantee is a term I remember from the Harvard Business Journal. This company never heard of any such term.. Six sigma quality, nah who needs it.. proactive management, nahh.. customer service phooey. This company is a bankrupt debt bomb so what goes around will come around.
