    1)TOTAL CASH= $2 billion

    2) Graphics value= $ 800 million , which is 4 times EBITDA. Cannon buyout of OCE provides another metric based on % of sales for this valuation.

    3) Digital print value= $ 600 million or 1 times sales. Growth business that are NOT currently cash flow positive can be valued based upon current sales. 1 times sales is a very conservative valuation, taking into account the negative sentiment surrounding media printing.
    That said , XRX just bought a small French INKJET company to add to their digital print efforts.
    "The production inkjet market is projected to grow 21 percent annually through 2015, according to market research firm I.T. Strategies."
