You Guys Are Going Way TOO DEEP !

So many are not looking at the total big picture. Kodak cannot make a product that will be sold resulting in a profit. They cannot stop selling asset after asset untill nothing is left. The only cash they get is by selling debt or their final assets. Kodak is too deep in the hole to pay back the debt and liabilities and they don't have any products in the pipeline. Its not the legal issues, its the PRODUCTS that will cause the end of Kodak.

Remember the masses worship the CEO's rear end. The BOD have no balls to fire him for cause. The most rotten CEO ever is beyond being held responsible.

    • Superbowl, I was just at Temkin international last week checking on my packaging and they had a shiney new Kodak Flexcel NX for packaging. Just got it 7 months ago(probably for Free).
My pal told me its the best in the market place. Told me its EXTREMELY close to the quality of gravure.
Temkin aint no smally fry! Also said they switch to some NEW software Kodak has to run their whole printing facility. Im not sure what he was talking about but he said it phenominal. Good luck to the bond holders!
we will make money in 12 months time!

    • “Kodak is taking a significant step toward enabling our enterprise to complete its transformation,” said
Antonio M. Perez, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “At the same time as we have created our
digital business, we have also already effectively exited certain traditional operations, closing 13
manufacturing plants and 130 processing labs, and reducing our workforce by 47,000 since 2003. Now
we must complete the transformation by further addressing our cost structure and effectively
monetizing non‐core IP assets. We look forward to working with our stakeholders to emerge a lean,
world‐class, digital imaging and materials science company.”

    • Kodak expects to pay employee wages and benefits and continue customer programs. Subsidiaries
outside of the U.S. are not subject to proceedings and will honor all obligations to suppliers, whenever
incurred. Kodak and its U.S. subsidiaries will honor all post‐petition obligations to suppliers in the
      ordinary course.
