They say one always learns from experiences and i've learned from two in the last three years.
My first experience was with blockbuster after the news stated their would be a bid war for this company.
Now with Kodak. I bought when it was announced that Google and Apple would be bidding for their patents.
Here is what i will take with me:
Not to be greedy... Both companies ran up over 100% and i didn't sell.
When blockbuster announced that the company shares would be wiped out the stock prices dropped from .30cents to .05 cents
A few months later the stock rose to .40cents
Kodak will do the same... It will level off around .06-.07cents and before the judge's decision it will make it's run towards .25-..30cents again..before being wiped out.
my advice is if this is done sell somewhere around the middle and don't be greedy because it will get wiped out....
Never sell the first wave panic. The lemmings rush to the exit and crush each other. Wait for the storm to ease up.
all long shots dont payoff, but you only need to hit one.. no shame in trying
