Kodak has no obligation to cancel the stock at a given time.
Kodak doesn't cancel the stock the Court does and they only do it after all the agreements are done. It's is one of the last things done before a company comes out of BK. Anyone that has followed BK companies knows the old stock never goes to zero it just gets cancelled if it's going to be cancelled and is worthless or it is kept in a shell company to conduct moves with bad assets that are not transfered over to the new company, but it is still almost worthless, (maybe worth about a penny. It will cost you more from your broker just to remove it from you're account. Been there, done that.
